These terms cover AI-Stories and iStories agency services. iStories is run by Lee Robson in Sydney. By buying or using AI-Stories, you agree to them.

AI-Stories
What you’re buying
AI-Stories gives you teams of AI agents that produce communications material to your brief: PR strategies and press materials, social media posts, content plans, crisis responses and, in AV Studio, images. AI-Stories is sold by iStories to customers in Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars and are shown before GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout; the total including GST is shown in brackets next to each price.
- All-Access is a subscription at $29 + GST a month. It gives you every team, up to 10 campaigns a day, and AV Studio, up to 10 images a day.
- A single campaign is a one-off $19 + GST purchase: one campaign with one team, to be used within 7 days of purchase. It doesn’t include AV Studio.
- The free PR Team trial gives you one campaign with the PR Team every 30 days, at no cost. We count this against a scrambled code made from your internet address, so it applies to everyone using the same connection.
Each campaign allows up to three rounds of changes at every stage (one round on the free trial). The daily limits reset at midnight, Sydney time.
Signing in
After you pay, you’re signed in straight away. Next time, sign in at istories.io/members with the email address you bought with, and we’ll email you a one-time sign-in link. Your access is for the person or business that bought it: sharing it or reselling it isn’t allowed, and we may suspend access that’s being misused.
Billing and cancellation
iStories is the seller. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You’ll receive a receipt by email showing the GST.
All-Access bills monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Manage billing, in the members’ area), with no lock-in contract or cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Single campaigns are one-off payments and don’t renew.
14-day money-back guarantee
If AI-Stories isn’t what you need, email info@istories.com.au within 14 days of your purchase (for All-Access, within 14 days of your first payment) and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d like to know what didn’t work.
After 14 days, payments already made aren’t refunded. To avoid the next All-Access charge, cancel before your billing date.
Fair use
The teams and AV Studio are for your own business communications. Don’t use them to produce anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harmful, to break someone else’s rights, or to try to get around the daily limits. We may suspend access that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why.
Your content
As between you and us, the briefs you give and the outputs you receive are yours, to the extent the law allows. You’re free to publish, adapt and use them commercially.
We don’t keep a copy of your conversations with the teams. If you ask for your pack by email, we keep your details and brief as described in our privacy policy. We don’t use your briefs or outputs to train AI models, and neither do the AI providers we use.
AV Studio images
AV Studio images are made with OpenAI’s image models. Because they’re made by AI, they may not be unique, and similar images can be produced for other people. AV Studio leaves words and logos out of its images.
You’re responsible for how you use the images. Don’t use AV Studio to depict real people without their consent, to imitate other businesses’ logos, products or branding, or in any way that breaks someone else’s rights or OpenAI’s usage policies. Images aren’t stored by us, so download the ones you want to keep.
What AI output is and isn’t
The teams produce drafts. Check everything before you publish it, particularly facts, figures, quotes and any claim about your business or someone else. AI can produce confident, plausible material that is wrong. Where a draft is missing a fact, it uses a placeholder in [square brackets] for you to fill in.
Nothing AI-Stories produces is legal, financial or professional advice, and that includes crisis communications material. If a situation carries legal risk, talk to a lawyer before you act.
Availability
AI-Stories depends on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We don’t guarantee uptime, and we may change or improve the teams over time.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under that law. Where it gives you rights beyond these terms, those rights apply.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you in connection with AI-Stories is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Agency services
Agency work is covered by the scope, fees, timing and deliverables agreed in writing before it starts.
About results
Media coverage depends on decisions made by journalists and editors, which no agency controls. We don’t promise coverage in any particular outlet, or a set amount of coverage. What we commit to is the work: the strategy, the materials and the pitching.
Fees and cancellation
Payment terms, retainer periods and notice requirements are set out in your engagement letter, and those terms apply.
Intellectual property
Work we produce for you is yours once it’s paid for. iStories may describe the work in a portfolio or case study, and will ask before naming or quoting you publicly.
Free resources
Guides, reports and the free PR Team trial are provided as they are, at no cost. Requesting a guide doesn’t sign you up to anything: marketing emails are opt-in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects All-Access subscribers, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
