Returns & Refunds Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of our electronic media lists as digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Digital products cannot be returned as they cannot be "unused" once accessed.

Quality Guarantee

Whilst we cannot offer refunds on downloaded digital products, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of our media lists. If you experience any of the following genuine issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:

  • Significant inaccuracies or outdated information in the media list

  • Technical issues preventing you from accessing or using the product

  • The product materially differs from its description
